Course description

This course will promote professional decision making and practice within an ethical framework. The Apprentice will demonstrate ethical decision making based on the application of the CECE Code of Ethics and the Standards of Practice, relevant legislation, regulation and policies. They will identify how personal health and well-being impacts professional practice and healthy work environments and will demonstrate the application of reflective practice in order to develop and maintain a personal and professional development plan in accordance with evidence-based practice.
