Before applying to a part-time program:

Review the admission requirements on the program page to make sure you qualify before applying.

Submitting transcripts and documents

  • If applicable, electronic transcripts will be accepted if received directly from the source institution by email to admissions@conestogac.on.ca or through MyCreds. Officially printed transcripts can be submitted by mail or in person in the original sealed envelope from the source institution. Opened, photocopied, printed, or scanned documents will not be accepted. If you have already completed courses in this program, they will apply to your credential.
  • Applicants with documents (transcripts) from educational institutions outside of Canada or where the language of instruction was not English must have their documents evaluated by an approved credential evaluation service to demonstrate English language proficiency.

Please note: paying the application fee does not guarantee receiving an offer for your program of choice. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the program requirements before applying.

Restricted programs

Some part-time programs are restricted, meaning application and acceptance must happen before individual course registration. The program descriptions on part-time program pages state if a program is restricted.

Once you have received your offer of admission by mail or email, you can register for courses on the Student Portal.

Why apply to a program?

Applying to a program lets the college know you intend to complete the program as it is outlined in the program design.

Choosing to apply to a program:

  • allows Conestoga to offer courses when you need them, and
  • ensures that courses you have successfully completed are applied to your credential even if the program outline changes.
