Choosing to apply to a program:
A non-refundable fee of $30 must be paid at the time of application. This fee is valid for one academic year.Please note: Some part-time programs are considered restricted, which means program application and acceptance must occur prior to registration in individual courses. The program descriptions state if a program is restricted.
You can register in person at the Welcome Centre at Doon (Kitchener) campus from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Please be advised that as of October 1, 2018, the Registrar’s Office will no longer accept cash for payment of Conestoga student fees. This change is consistent with the approach already adopted by many other colleges, and will result in increased efficiency and safety for both our students and employees. You can pay fees online through the Student Portal, or in person by credit card, debit card, web banking or money order.
Mail your completed program application form to the registrar’s office. Please include your credit card information or cheque/money order for the full fee. Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques.

Please note: A fee of $30 will be charged for each cheque returned to us by your bank, due to non-sufficient funds, stopped payment or incorrect account number.
