Register for a Course

Register online

Register for a course using the Student Portal. Registering online is in real time and ensures your spot in a course. All other methods of registration take longer to process and your spot is not guaranteed until you receive confirmation.

How to register online

  1. Choose a course.
  2. Select a delivery option (start date, day/time, delivery, campus).
  3. Click "Register" (you will be redirected to the Student Portal).
  4. Confirm your selection and click "Add to Cart".
  5. Once in your cart, click "Checkout and Enrol".
  6. Follow the instruction and make your payment.
  7. Check your inbox for your confirmation email with course details.

Confirmation of registration

If you have not received an email confirmation within two weeks of submitting your course registration form, contact the registration office at 519-748-3550. If you do not provide an email address, your confirmation will be mailed.


No post-secondary education but significant life or work experience? Conestoga recognizes prior learning of skills, knowledge or competencies acquired through employment, formal and informal education, non-formal learning or life experience through the Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) process.

In person

You can register in person at the Welcome Centre at Doon (Kitchener) campus from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.


Mail your completed course registration form to the registrar’s office. Please include your credit card information or cheque/money order for the full fee. Please do not send cash or post-dated cheques.

Fax your completed course registration form and credit card information to 519-895-1085. Please do not fax cheques.

Please Note: do not submit post-dated cheques. Your application and cheque may be returned to you. A fee of $30 will be charged for each cheque returned to us by your bank, due to non-sufficient funds, stopped payment or incorrect account number.
