Course description

This course explores the ways an HR strategy can be linked to overall business strategy. The important role of HR planning, including job analysis, forecasting supply and demand, and succession planning will be considered. Students will also explore quantitative and qualitative planning techniques. Note: This course is an approved HRPA credit.
