Course description

Students will explore the strategic management process and examine the connection between a human resources (HR) strategy and overarching business strategy. Emphasis will be placed on the role of HR planning, including job analysis, forecasting supply and demand, and succession planning. Students will engage with both quantitative and qualitative planning techniques, and the impacts of inadequate planning on various organizational functions will be examined.
