Course description

Students will explore the strategic management process and the ways in which an HR strategy can be linked to overall business strategy. The important role of HR planning including job analysis, forecasting supply and demand, and succession planning will be considered. Students will explore quantitative and qualitative planning techniques, along with the impact of poor planning on other organizational functions.
