This course will provide necessary insights and skills to deliver inclusive banking services to culturally diverse group of individuals, entrepreneurs and especially women entrepreneurs. This course includes inclusive banking policies, delivery tools and techniques of inclusive banking services, Digital financial services, Consumer empowerment, SME banking risk management.
