Course description

This is an intermediate mechanical design course that includes; part modeling, assembly Sheetmetal and Weldment generation. The focus of this training course is on the process and procedures used to complete a particular task and includes hands-on practice. Emphasis is on the efficient use of SolidWorks software when generating design models and builds on the SolidWorks – Introduction course.Recommended: DRWG1550 SolidWorks - Introduction, proficient in the use of the Windows Operating System, mechanical design experience and the ability to read mechanical engineering drawings.
