Course description

This course will provide the student with an introduction on how to use SolidWorks mechanical design automation software to build parametric models of parts and assemblies and how to make drawings of those parts and assemblies. This is a process based training course and will emphasize the process and procedures used to complete a particular task. By utilizing case studies to illustrate these processes, the student learns the necessary commands, options and menus in the context of completing a design task.
