About the program

This part-time program will enhance leadership skills and develop new skills to help meet career and organizational objectives. The program will provide a solid foundation for those looking to enter leadership positions, and for those currently in front-line or mid-level management positions. The program will build on existing skills and experience and apply those skills to workplace situations. Content includes communications, ethics, performance management, change management, team building, planning, and project management.

All courses must be completed within 5 years of acceptance into the program.

Admission requirements

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or 19 years of age or older.

Note re: admission requirements

  • Students must be able to receive instruction, respond and research in the English language.

  • Submit a completed Conestoga College Program Application Form.
  • Attach proof of Admission Requirements.
