About the program

This part-time, online program will enhance current leadership skills and develop new skills to help meet career and organizational objectives. This program will provide a solid foundation for those looking to enter leadership positions, and for those currently in front-line or mid-level management positions. The program will build on existing skills and experience and apply those skills to workplace situations. Content includes communications, ethics, performance management, change management, team building, planning, and project management.

All courses must be completed within 4 years of acceptance into the program.

Course fees to complete this program total approximately *$3,300.00.

*This is the estimated amount for domestic students and may differ if students take equivalent courses. Fees are paid when registering for each individual course and are subject to change each term.

Admission requirements

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or 19 years of age or older.

  • Students must be able to receive instruction, respond and research in the English language.
