About the program

Moving from the role of expert to leader requires us to adapt our current strengths and to utilize a new skill set. Join us for this instructor-led online series and prepare to make a successful transition into leadership with these focused workshops that will provide the tools, best practices, and strategies to rise to the occasion. This series is ideal for those looking to apply for a leadership or supervisory position, those newly appointed to management, and those looking to be a leader among their peers. Admission procedures

Submit a completed Conestoga College Program Application Form.
Attach proof of Admission Requirements.
Final selection is made following an assessment of the admission requirements.

Graduate opportunities

Upon completion of this Workshop Series, students will be better prepared to transition to a management or supervisory role within the workplace, where workers will be reporting directly to them, and they will be providing coaching and addressing personnel challenges within their scope of responsibilities.
