This micro-credential is intended as an introduction for those aiming to work in employment and career-focused service agencies. Eager to expand your skill set? Continue your studies; this micro-credential is stackable with Employment & Career Coaching Essentials: Part II. Admission requirements: Students must have completed an Ontario College Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree or equivalent OR have a minimum of 5 (five) years of full-time work experience, within the past ten years, as an employment counsellor, career advisor, human resources professional or similar role.
Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
