Providing information and guidance to help individuals navigate transitions in career, work and/or education is important and rewarding work. This micro-credential builds on learning from Employment and Career Coaching Essentials: Part I and is intended as the next level of learning for those aiming to work in employment and career-focused service agencies. For those wishing to continue their studies, these courses will also count towards the completion of the Career Development Professional graduate certificate. Admission requirements: Students will need to have previously completed an Ontario College Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
