Want to refresh your office software skills for your current role or a career change? This micro-credential is the perfect place to begin. All courses are offered fully online to accommodate your busy schedule. You will develop technical and organizational skills to enhance your role as an effective office team member in a hybrid, remote, or in-person role. You will further your skills in word processing, presentation software, spreadsheets, videoconferencing, collaboration platforms, e-mail and calendaring, and file storage systems. Once you have successfully completed this micro-credential, you can take your learning to the next level with the Advanced Office Software micro-credential. If you wish to continue your studies, all three courses can be applied to the Office Administration - General certificate program and the Office Administration - Executive diploma program.
Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
