This course explores the integration of the design process and how they can be tested and piloted. Participants will explore how this metholodgy drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. The course covers the major activities in the DMAIC phases of Improve and Control to see how they align with Lean strategies to optimize processes and enhance quality.
