Description
This micro-credential offers engineering professionals a comprehensive understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, combining the principles of Lean and Six Sigma to drive process improvement and operational excellence. Participants will learn to identify and eliminate waste, reduce defects, and enhance process efficiency through a structured approach. The course covers the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) processes, integrating them with Lean enterprise principles to achieve rapid improvements in customer satisfaction, cost, quality, and process speed.
