This course focuses on identifying non-value-added activities within business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Participants will learn to use various Lean tools and techniques to pinpoint areas of waste. The course emphasizes practical applications and real-world examples to help participants develop skills in waste identification, understanding intrinsic problems and their root causes in created processes.
