This course provides hands-on experience in applying Lean tools. Participants will learn to use a variety of Lean techniques maximize efficiency, minimize variation, and reduce defects. The course covers practical tools required for developing useful data such as value stream mapping, process flow analysis, and statistical methods to support continuous improvement initiatives.
