Course description

This course provides hands-on experience in applying DMAIC principles to identify areas to apply improvement processes. Participants will learn to use tools to isolate problems and create a needs check list to process efficiency, minimize variation, and reduce defects. The course covers practical tools such as value stream mapping, process flow analysis, and statistical methods to support continuous improvement initiatives.
