This course provides a foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, combining the methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma to enhance process efficiency and quality. Participants will learn the core concepts, goals, and benefits of Lean Six Sigma, including the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework. The course covers the historical development, key terminologies, and the critical success factors necessary for implementing Lean Six Sigma in various organizational contexts.
