Course description
Course development involves managing not only the design of curriculum but also managing time requirements and other key milestones. This course explores important concepts in project management specifically for educational design and development. Students explore the use of project management tools as well as create timelines and deliverables for a specific project. Common challenges and troubleshooting techniques that are integral to project management will also be discuss.
