Successful business transformation requires a diverse and equitable organizational culture. This course will provide students with knowledge of inclusive leadership to review and assess an organization’s policies and practices. Students will be exposed to how to manage and assess cultural conflict in change initiatives while understanding and applying the benefits of diversity, equity, and inclusion, in all change management activities.
