Course description

This capstone project course, a culmination of the program, will challenge students to apply change management principles and practices in a simulated real-world environment. Working in teams, students will develop and present a comprehensive change management strategy for a case organization facing industry disruption. The course emphasizes the practical application of change management tools and techniques, focusing on organizational analysis, strategy development, implementation planning, and evaluation. Through a combination of in-person workshops and online collaborative work, students will demonstrate their ability to lead complex organizational transformations using industry-standard frameworks and methodologies.
