Understanding an organization's strategy, vision and values is a key requirement for change leadership. This course will provide students with an opportunity to learn key components of strategic planning to build change management plans that are congruent with organizational goals. Students will have the opportunity to define and measure change goals, create success criteria and design a benefit realization strategy.
