The ability to craft meaningful and compelling communications to support organizational transformation is a key component of strategic change and transformation. This course will introduce key components of storytelling, and how to align communications within the culture of the organization including an introduction to communication strategy and planning. Students will have the opportunity to create a variety of communications to support organizational change initiatives including role plays and presentations.
