Course description

In order for organizational change to be sustainable, the ability to motivate others, build consensus and understand the key drivers and motivation of employees is essential. This course will review the key components of the psychology of change including relationship building, trust, empathy, power and politics. A deep dive in organizational structures and culture will be explored. Students will have the opportunity to be exposed to case studies and real-world scenarios to support the sustainment of long-term change.
