Course description

Agile teams face problems in delivering products to their customers. In this course, students will learn how to solve the issues and practical decision-making skills typical to project teams. Students will learn to recognize symptoms of problems and build countermeasures to prevent problems before they occur. Students will also learn to coach and mentor team members to improve collaboration and develop problem-solving skills.
