Course description

In this course, students will be introduced to the Agile principles and how these principles aim at continuous delivery and improvement, collaboration, and openness to change. Students will delve into values and principles covered in the agile manifesto and how to enhance communication with user stories and cross-functional teams. This course will also explore how to respond to change the agile way, introduce popular agile frameworks, and learn about the common roles of an agile team.
