Course description

This course provides valuable insights and practical techniques for individuals, teams and organizations looking to improve their ability to deliver projects on time and with high-quality results in an Agile environment. In this course, students will unpack some core principles related to Agile Planning such as, Iterative and Incremental Planning; Relative Estimation and Story Points, the importance of Empowering Cross-Functional Teams and so much more. Overall, the Agile Planning course provides students with practical guidance on how to apply Agile principles to the critical aspects of project estimation and planning. It equips teams and organizations with tools and techniques to enhance their agility, adaptability, and ability to deliver value to their customers in a dynamic and iterative manner.
