Effective coaching is a key competency leaders and managers must hone to manage talent in today's flexible and remote workforce. You will learn to acquire, practice, and critically evaluate the skills, processes and techniques behind coaching and mentoring to foster performance, belonging and team building. You will critically reflect on the ethical, practical challenges and benefits of employing either coaching or mentoring approaches in the workplace.
