Course description

Leaders and managers must equip themselves with a variety of leadership tools to foster success in a workforce that focuses less on hierarchical structures and more on equality. Leaders must understand that all their employees have just as much inherent value as they do. Authentic leadership, collaboration, integration, and crucial conversations are key competencies to successfully lead hybrid, virtual and remote and evolving teams. A component of this course will include reflective leadership on one’s own experience and the experience of others to foster continuous personal development.
