Course description

Strong leadership is essential for the success of any local or global organization. You will build competencies to evaluate theories and applications of leadership and how leaders influence organizational systems and structures in a diverse and adaptive workforce. Although traditional leadership models will be examined briefly, the emphasis will be on contemporary models, focusing on personal leadership, communication, and understanding of interpersonal and organizational dynamics. You will develop your critical thinking and leadership skills and competencies through self-assessments, case studies, presentations, and experiential discussion.
