Course description

Today's leaders must understand and manage Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) to attract and retain talent to meet the organization's strategic objectives. You will learn the foundational concepts of DEIB, including intercultural competencies development within the organization structure, non-bias recruitment and selection, healthy boundaries in the workplace and how to manage DEIB while building diverse teams in remote, virtual and hybrid settings.
