Course description

This course equips learners to leverage governance to accelerate the impact of a not-for-profit organization. Learners compare and contrast characteristics, best practices and the implementation dynamics of various models of governance. Learners examine board-staff dynamics and the complexity of the senior management roles in providing leadership and accountability to staff, community and the board. Learners will leave the course better equipped both to support and serve on a not-for-profit board of directors.
