The Non-Profit Strategy and Leadership micro-credential is designed for current and emerging leaders in not-for-profit organizations. This micro-credential focuses on governance, program design and evaluation, as well as strategic and operational planning in the not-for-profit sector. It emphasizes organizational mission and vision, models of governance and board-staff dynamics, while meeting emerging community needs through tailored services and programs.
