The Governance, Strategic and Organizational Planning in the Not-for-Profit Sector micro-credential is designed for current and emerging leaders in Not-for-Profit Organizations. This micro-credential focuses on Governance, Program Design and Evaluation, as well as Strategic and Operational Planning in the Not-For-Profit Sector, with an emphasis on organizational mission, vision, models of governance and board-staff dynamics, while meeting emerging community needs through tailored services and programs.
