Course description
Productivity and efficiency are essential for high-functioning manufacturing operations. This course will provide students with tools and techniques to implement and manage process improvement in the manufacturing environment. Learn Lean concepts, strategies for systems and inventory management, process documentation, and tactical and strategic planning.
