Today's manufacturing supervisors must demonstrate multifaceted leadership combined with a high level of technical expertise. This micro-credential will prepare you to plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, develop engaged and inclusive teams, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Upon completion of this micro-credential, you will be able to apply strategies for effective communication and problem-solving in order to become a strong and successful leader in manufacturing. Funded in part by the Government of Ontario.

For successful completion of this micro-credential, students will successfully complete and pass all courses listed.

Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
