Supervisory Responsibilities in Manufacturing is designed to help you make a smooth, confident transition from team member working on the shop floor to that of supervisor in a leadership position. This is accomplished through a clear understanding of your new role and responsibilities and what management will expect from you as well as implementing the proven principles, best practices and techniques to earn respect, win support and generate the kind of team performance that reflects and surpasses the company’s expectations.
