Course description

At the organizational level, it is critical that senior leadership design and promote organizational-wide policies and procedures to effectively support employee mental health and well-being. The course will review evidence-based best practices and explore specific ways these practices can be implemented within the workplace. A strong focus will be on setting up a program that is focused on prevention and builds a positive organizational culture that supports employee well-being.
