Description

This fully online micro-credential has been developed in partnership with the Canadian Institute for Safety, Wellness and Performance. In today’s climate, the mental health of employees within the workplace is a growing concern. There is a strong need to gain a better understanding of employees’ mental health needs and address them appropriately within the workplace. You will learn key principles for managing mental health disabilities with hands-on recommendations for human resources professionals, managers, and leaders. Topics will include work-from-home, social isolation, return-to-work strategies, and workplace accommodation.
