Course description

Maintaining Municipal Infrastructure is one of the main responsibilities for a municipality and one of the most litigated. This course introduces participants to the laws governing different municipal infrastructures, types of claims that occur and court decisions that follow. Participants will learn the importance of the municipal asset management plan and how this applies to their role.
