This course will provide the student with an introduction to recruitment and selection and the foundation of these practices. Specific topics will include: job analysis, advertising, recruitment, selection and orientation, basic screening, testing, nterviewing techniques and decision making strategies. Legislation pertaining to recruitment and selection will be studied.
