Creating a Positive Learning Environment and Effective Relationships

Course description

Participants will learn the important elements of creating a positive learning environment and building effective relationships to support students' acquisition of knowledge, skills, attitude, and judgment in the clinical environment. Participants will learn how to build a learning community among clinical educators, staff, and students through different and easy to implement strategies.
