This micro-credential will support health professionals involved in supervising, training, and facilitating learners and/or new health professionals in the clinical setting. You will learn to integrate teaching and learning practices and feedback in the clinical setting, facilitate critical thinking and clinical reasoning, create a positive learning environment including effective relationships, and addressing and solving complex student situations.
Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
