Providing student feedback is an integral part of the learning process. As students transfer theory to practice in the clinical setting, instructors are expected to provide effective feedback that enriches the learning experience, reinforces competent practice, and motivates learners toward the desired outcomes. This course prepares clinical instructors to provide effective feedback that enriches the student learning experience and narrows the gap between actual and desired performance.
