This course offers participants a framework for developing mentorship/coaching relationships among those in the early years sector, including students in Early Childhood Education field placements. Participants will learn strategies that support expression with pre-service and early child care educators to guide inquiry, exploration, and critical reflection to contribute meaningfully to their profession and learning experiences.
