The Mentorship and Coaching in the Early Years Sector micro-credential equips educators with the knowledge and skills to mentor and coach both early childhood educators and ECE students in diverse early learning settings. With a focus on Belonging and Well-Being, and Engagement and Expression, participants will explore strategies to build strong professional relationships, support well-being, and foster engagement through inquiry and reflective practice. This program provides practical approaches to mentorship that promote continuous professional learning, equity, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring a high standard of educator development across the early years sector.
