Course description

This course is designed to equip those in the early years sector, including students in Early Childhood Education field placements, with the knowledge and skills to mentor others, foster well-being, and create a sense of belonging. The course focuses on nurturing professional relationships, emphasizing how emotional well-being, social connectedness, and self-reflection are foundational to mentorship and growth. Participants will explore how coaching and mentoring can support pre-service and early child care educators.
