Course description
Course participants will be given access to several exemplar role-play scenarios to analyze how and why they were designed in certain ways and to propose best practices for using these stories and characters. Examples will include single and multiple character role-plays, role-plays that touch on sensitive subject matter and might trigger difficult emotions; and those that introduce "wicked" problems that are not easy to resolve.
