Course description

How do we combat discrimination while appreciating the richness that diversity brings to the post-secondary classroom? Biases and stereotypes that people may bring to the classroom must be addressed to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all learners. Participants will explore practical ways to prevent and confront discriminatory behaviour and value diversity in the classroom.
