Course description
This Instructor led workshop will guide students through lessons and activities focused on transitioning into a leadership role in their field. Students will learn best practices to influence and coach, to utilize and adapt their strengths as leaders to achieve results through those they lead, and to apply various tools to motivate their teams to meet and exceed expectations.
