Course description

This course provides opportunity to students to learn and improve their communication and advising skills in the field of financial services. Students will participate in roleplays, presentations, group discussion, analysis of case scenarios in various settings including one-on-one, small groups and large audiences so that they can communicate clearly, concisely and compassionately with clients and overall. Students in this course will practice strategies for dealing with common client-related situations while applying relevant financial knowledge to gain confidence and professionalism.
